Nilen VENCADASMY

Nilen is a barrister-at-law, qualified to practice in Mauritius, with over 15 years of experience in corporate and commercial legal practice. Nilen is a highly skilled and recognized lawyer (Recommended lawyer by Legal 500 in 2017, 2018, and 2019). Managing Partner at Juridis, a boutique Mauritius based law firm, he specializes in corporate and commercial law and regularly advises on corporate structuring including mergers and acquisitions. He is often called upon to provide legal assistance to foreign investors looking at setting up their businesses in Mauritius or to use Mauritius as a platform for cross-border investments. His areas of focus include company law, corporate governance, insolvency, as well as corporate and project finance.

Nilen holds an LLM in International Commercial Law from Université Panthéon-Assas, Paris II. He is also a certified Mediator with MARC (MCCI Arbitration and Mediation Centre).

Throughout his career, Nilen has been actively involved with a number of local and international organizations and leading NGOs, acting as pro-bono counsel or serving as board member.

Nilen has also been the Chairman of the Mauritius Tourism Promotion Authority.

Nicolas Kerambrun

Non-Executive Director

Nicolas is presently holding Executive Directorship positions on local and international companies domiciled in Mauritius. He has extensive experience in multinational family businesses, multi-subsidiaries in Europe and Africa, from strategy to execution.

Effective and transparent communicator with 20 years of experience with top players (KMPG, EY, multinational medium size leading companies) building, structuring, developing and leading high-functioning finance, administrative, information system and legal teams, Nicolas is a cross-functional leader with entrepreneurial spirit, adept at market analysis, projection, financial planning, execution monitoring, reporting and control.

Nicolas holds a Master’s degree in Enterprise Economics and Business Competition from The Faculty of Economics of Rennes (France), a Degree in Law (CJA) with a Master Degree in Wealth Management from the University of Aix Marseilles, and an MBA in Financial Engineering and Wealth Management from the Ecole Supérieure d’Assurance (ESA) Paris.

Nicolas is full member ‘TEP’ of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) from the UK, member of the Family Business Special Interest group. He is a member of the Family Business Network France (FBN). He has been appointed as a member of the advisory committee of the Private Wealth & Family Office (PWFO) association, Swiss certified.

Nicolas is also a member of the Mauritius Institute of Directors (MIoD).
